Delete Your Keepsake Account

You can delete your Keepsake account and associated data from inside the Keepsake mobile app. If you cannot access the app, you can also contact us and we will help process the request.

Delete Your Account In The App

Open the Keepsake app.
Go to Account.
Open the Privacy section.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

Need help? Email jack@trykeepsake.ai from the email address associated with your Keepsake account and include “Delete my Keepsake account” in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

When your Keepsake account is deleted, we delete account data associated with your user record, including:

Your Keepsake account and profile
People, relationships, occasions, birthdays, and gifting preferences you added
Gift recommendations, saved ideas, recommendation activity, and gift history
Reminder preferences and mobile push notification tokens
Connected integration data associated with your Keepsake account

Retention

In-app account deletion is designed to remove your account data when you confirm deletion. Email deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible and within 30 days. We may retain limited records only if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational logs.
