Welcome to Keepsake. By accessing or using Keepsake (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Keepsake.
Keepsake is a personal gifting assistant that helps you track important occasions and people in your life, and generates gift recommendations using artificial intelligence. Features include:
You sign into Keepsake using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your Keepsake account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You may not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Keepsake (recipient profiles, notes, occasions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this information for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter does not violate any third party's privacy or other rights. Please use care and judgment when entering information about other people.
Gift recommendations are generated by AI and are suggestions only. Keepsake does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, availability, or pricing of any recommended product. You are solely responsible for any purchase decisions you make based on recommendations from the Service.
We are not a retailer. We do not process payments or fulfill orders. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the retailer of your choosing.
If you opt into SMS reminders, you consent to receive automated text messages from Keepsake at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS in your account settings.

We strive to keep Keepsake available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepsake disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keepsake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not made any payments).
You may stop using Keepsake at any time. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
Keepsake participates in affiliate advertising programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, Keepsake earns from qualifying purchases made through links on the Service.
When you click a "Find on Amazon" link and make a purchase, Keepsake may receive a small commission from Amazon at no additional cost to you. We disclose this relationship in the recommendations interface with the notice: "Some links may earn Keepsake a small commission at no extra cost to you."
Affiliate relationships do not influence which gifts are recommended, the order in which they appear, or any other aspect of the recommendation engine. Recommendations are generated solely based on the recipient's profile and your preferences.
